Moira moved into corporate events in 1985. She has 25 years of experience as a Producer and Production Manager for the leading Production companies.
Moira has worked with the most exciting and creative people, a vast pool of culturally diverse artists, performers and musicians. She believes strongly in teamwork and her professional background is a wealth of experience and expertise.
She has produced and production managed opening ceremonies, launched buildings and products, and built Disneyland Rides, installations and environments.
Her strength lies in bringing ideas to life, however brave, bizarre or innovative, and assembling and leading teams of production professionals, technicians and crew of every discipline to them happen.
Moira read German and French at Royal Holloway College, University of London and then won a scholarship to study German and Drama at the University of Salzburg. She began as an ASM at The Royal Lyceum Theatre, Edinburgh. Seasons at Bristol Old Vic, The National and 7:84 were followed by 5 years at The Royal Shakespeare Company. Here she pioneered the first 3 tours with the Touring Auditorium, was the Company Manager in both London and Stratford and Tour manager for several UK and European Tours. Recently she spent 14 months working for the Technical and Production department of Glyndebourne Opera.
